Sizing
The sizing on our website is based off of belt length, not waist size. To find your ideal belt length, we recommend
that you add at least 6 inches to your waist size. If you are in doubt, you can always order a longer belt and
cut it to your size. Click here for instructions on how to properly cut your belt.
Sustainability
All of our belts are made using recycled climbing ropes that have exceeded their
useable lifespan. Typically, these ropes are thrown out even
though they are still very strong, so we decided to start using them to
make belts. These ropes also do not biodegrade, so when you buy one of our belts,
you not only buy a cool-looking belt, but you also help keep
these ropes out of landfills.
Shipping
All products have free shipping within the USA unless otherwise listed. We will ship
your order as soon as we can after you place it.

Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. When you click "buy now," you
will be redirected to their secure platform. No information will go
through our website.
Availability
If a product does not show "out of stock" on the website, then it is
most likely available, but in the event that the product you order is
not available, you will be given the choice to receive a refund or
choose another product of the same price. If you do not respond to the
email within 7 days, you will automatically receive a refund.
Returns
Returns will only be issued if you receive a faulty product. If you wish
to make a return, take a picture of the faulty product within 24 hours
of receiving it, and email it to us at returns@fitzoutfitters.com
