No, we only accept dynamic climbing ropes. Static ropes or ropes that were made for purposes other than climbing are not accepted.

Yes, you must send in at least 45m of dynamic climbing rope to receive a free belt.

We wash every rope before making a single thing out of it, and we only wash one or two batches of ropes per month, which makes it hard for us to predict exactly how long our turnaround time will be. On average, it takes about one month but can vary by a few weeks.

Fitz Outfitters LLC assumes all responsibility for ropes once they have been sent in. We assure that all ropes are used exclusively for non-load bearing purposes, but in the event that any injuries or damages are directly or indirectly caused by these ropes, your organization will not be held liable.

If your organization is particularly concerned, we can send you a document that adds your organization as an "additional insured" to our insurance policy. We are also willing to sign a contract stating that the ropes will only be used for non-load bearing purposes if your organization requires it.

We only cover shipping if you fill out our form before shipping your rope. Shipping is covered via a prepaid shipping label, not a direct reimbursement.
