Refund policy
Returns
Returns will only be issued if you receive a faulty product. If you wish to make a return, take a picture of the faulty product, and email it to us at returns@fitzoutfitters.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds
If you make a return due to receiving a faulty product, we will refund your full order amount once we receive the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@fitzoutfitters.com.
