This business is not a massive corporation; it is currently run by myself and one employee. That being said, two people cannot be everywhere at one time. Over the next week, I will be out of town for the USA Climbing National Championship, and our one employee will be in Europe competing in a ski mountaineering world cup, meaning that we will have to temporarily delay fulfilling orders.
