This business is not a massive corporation; it is a one man business. That being said, one person cannot be everywhere at one time. Over the next week, I will be climbing in a North American Cup in Salt Lake City. While I am there, I will not be able to make or ship orders. I will resume making and shipping orders when I am back on the 29th.
